My suggestion would be to look elsewhere in order to save yourself a headache!

Rented a dumpster from New England Appliance a month ago. Last week my wife received a message demanding payment, then the next day she had 9 missed calls at 7:45am from the owner (Ron Sr.) in a 5 minute span. We had never received an invoice to pay, and the first voicemail acted as a reminder to have payment sent.

The following day Ron Sr. showed up at my house asking for my wife. I told him she was not home and asked what it was in reference to, he stated he was owed money and was there to collect. I told him payment was being sent, he was not happy with that and asked what time she would be home, I then told him to leave my property.

In a failed attempt to intimidate me, Ron Sr. pulled out a badge from a chain around his neck and stated he is a Constable for the State of Massachusetts (yes, he really used a badge in an attempt to collect a personal business debt I have it on camera). I requested again that he get off my property to which he complied.

He was sworn in as a Constable through the town of Littleton, MA. I plan on filing a complaint with the town as who knows how many other people he tries to use this tactic on.

This summer my 11 year old fridge was leaking. Everything I found on google said just buy a new fridge. With more google digging, I had an idea what the problem was but didn't want to try fixing it myself. When I called New England Appliance, they got me on the schedule in a reasonable amount of time and when Ron looked at the fridge, he knew exactly what the problem was (which is what i thought it was) and had it fixed in no time. And not only did he fix it, he educated me about the problem and how he fixed it, so I could take care of it myself if it ever happened again. He also insisted on leveling out my stove (even though he wasn't there for that) because he noticed it wasn't level and he wanted it right!

My fridge has been fine since with no problem. Ron's simple repair and honest ethic saved me the cost of a new fridge!

Fabulous family run company. I am grateful to Kathy and her son's for helping my parents and me out this past week. Their 40 year old dryer died, we ordered on Thursday for a Monday delivery. The even older washer quit over the weekend. We ordered a new one over the phone at 9 a.m. monday and both were installed by noon that day. Five loads of bedding done by dinner that day. Installation was smooth and efficient. They encountered some issues with the space and quickly had solutions.
