After ordering online with a local place for a funeral service which called me and said they couldn't do it because they didn't have the flowers, I asked for substitutions and she said they were just too busy. AMAZING customer service! I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered to my mom on Sunday, 5/8 (actual Mother's Day). My mom sent me a picture of the arrangement today, Friday, 5/6. While the arrangement was beautiful, I was disappointed that they were not delivered on Sunday. I called the store and spoke with the owner. She apologized and immediately offered to send another arrangement on Sunday. She explained that they were having computer trouble the day that I ordered the flowers (it's true, I remember her having trouble entering my order), but she took full responsibility. Excellent. If I could add more stars, I would. The Flower Pot arranged all the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely perfect. My husband and I felt the prices were very reasonable; especially given the quality of the service and flowers we received. We worked with the owner who was extremely knowledgeable and helped work through design, quantities, etc. She was flexible and a pleasure to talk to/work with. She went to our venue the day of and did all the set up herself. She even tracked down people who were to be given corsages/boutineers. Thank you...
