Bought a couch from them about a year ago. Couch cost about $5000. Bought the warranty on top of that. A year later one of the recliners is broken down and almost laying in the ground, one seat is discolored from sweat (stains from bodily fluid are covered by the warranty but they refuse to cover saying it's "faded"...yea...just the one seat) Charging port on one side no longer works. Complete disaster. Would not recommend.
Edit: business replied "Shawn, We are sorry to hear about this issue. A supervisor from our service department will be reaching out to you soon."....... That was a week ago. No one has attempted to contact me. If it were possible to receive less than 1 star this business would get it.
Update: 4 weeks later still no contact from the business.
Update: A total of 6 weeks later and still no contact, follow up, or resolution.
Update: Months...and months later. Still no follow up or resolution. Not a call. Not a text. Not an email. Problem isn't even that we can't agree on a resolution. Problem is that there have been no contact or attempts by the store to discuss or work towards a resolution.
Update: A tech finally came out to fix the couch...however...they only fixed the problem with it not properly reclining...took one look at it and said "that looks awful. That's definitely not just fading" but Big Sandy still refuses to honor the warranty and says it's...

I appreciate the phone call and assistance provided. Thank you Jerry! I have had a terrible experience since ordering and receiving my furniture. I have had to call and schedule two maintenance appointments to fix different things on a brand-new couch and glider recliner and the issues are still not resolved. My couch and chair were not reclining correctly, there was a rip in the recliner leather upon delivery (this is still not fixed) and the recliner frame is bent to it is not stable. I have called to check on the "ordered" leather to fix the rip and the delivery date continues to be pushed further and further back. I have also asked about another set due to the ongoing issues with the ones that were delivered and I have received no answer except that I have a one-year warranty through the manufacturer. I am not pleased with the furniture I spent good money on or the company's customer service. UPDATE: I knew something was fishy when I asked for more information on the warranty of the $100 mattress protector. It failed and now I’m stuck with a dirty mattress. They won’t give me a new mattress as promised. At the time of the previous review, I received a personal text message from Brian asking me to change my three stars to five. How professional.
I purchased a mattress and a bedroom set. I will receive next week. I am disappointed that I was sold on the mattress and the importance of the mattress protector but was not given any information about the warranty after I paid... even when I directly asked. I was also rushed through signing multiple different pieces of paperwork. I guess what I am saying is that I wish the salesman would have put in as much effort informing me about how to claim the warranty, if need be, and the paperwork, as he did "SELLING" me the actual stuff...
