I hate to leave a bad review because I really normally don’t but this is ridiculous. Every single time we go through the drive thru we have to wait like 30 minutes on one pepperoni pizza. We always pull up and order the one pizza then they always say “it will be a 15 minute wait” then we end up waiting at least 25-30 minutes. We’ve sat and watched a whole tv show before waiting on the one pizza. And I wouldn’t normally get upset because I’ve worked in fast food and understand it can be overwhelming especially when there’s a ton of food. But we order one pizza almost every time. And that’s it nothing else unless we are feeling 2-liter that day. And there’s not been one time unless ordering ahead we’ve pulled up to the drive thru and didn’t have to wait on the one pizza. We have ordered it ahead of time before and that does seem to work and we get it as soon as we get there but there are times we decide to get a pizza or something quick on the way home from the store or wherever so we are already out and don’t have the time to order ahead. I will say pizza is always good and always hot when we get it so I have zero complaints there. Just the waiting sucks especially because we live in Brooksville and are in Maysville a lot so we pass it on the way home but the wait it takes to get the pizza we could be home by then. It is still my favorite pizza though so I don’t mind ordering ahead sometimes but it would be nice to be able to stop when I don’t have the time to order ahead and still get it quickly or in a more reasonable waiting time. I would also like to add we eat pizza a lot. Because it’s cheap and easy for my little family so it’s not even like I’ve went a couple times and we have to wait its been a...
Read moreIt was hot but only ready after a 20 minute wait. The cheese bread was good after being heated up and the pizza was about a 5 or 6 out of 10. About 14$ for the extra most bestes pizza and a cheese bread. Wouldn't have minded the wait but their was a lot if people standing inside and a woman/ customer demanding to see a manager over a problem she had with her app order. She seemed pretty angry over the situation. They also forgot to take my name so asked me what I ordered several times even though I never left. Seemed like the employees were confused and no one was real sure about where they belonged in the restaurant. A lot of employees all going different directions constantly crossing paths. Just need to work smarter not harder. But far from the worst pizza place to eat at. Good for a bite if you want a decent meal at a good deal. The store did seem pretty clean but I would suggest making more hot and ready pizzas because most people go to little ceasers because they are in a hurry. If they knew it would be 15 to 20 min after ordering they would probably go through a drive thru. Could cause a problem for people on a 30 min lunch. Maybe get a hot pizza ready light for the store like the donut stores use when fresh donuts are ready. That way people know prior to entering that if the lights off there will be a 20 min wait. As long as the customer knows before going there will be a wait most are ok with it. But suprises in this type of establishment are not normally met with good reviews. Unless its free...
Read moreWe ordered 3 large pizza’s last night 2 pepperoni 1 with onion, bacon, green peppers, banana peppers on the side the pizza the one with more toppings was a disgrace it cost $18 something, total for all 3 was 31 something that’s not even my issue, the sauce started 1 1/2 to 2” from the to crispy to eat edge of the pizza, the cheese and onion gr. peppers were all in a small area in the middle it was soggy in the middle when we got our slices out the ingredients fell to the floor and all over us the area with the ingredients was only 3 bites it was ridiculous we eat here a lot and so does a lot of our family I’ve never ran into this before when I first ordered I ask why the one was so much higher which I could tell made the Curley haired guy mad I ask for 2 packets of spices which I was charged for but didn’t receive and 2 tubs of sauce which we did but could not use on our pizza it was a mess couldn’t eat it like a pizza the big guy that brought it out was not very nice either so I’m guessing they were teaching us a lesson not to question their prices again I was fine with the response to my question but there was not hardly any thing but onions the area was so small they put it on to try and make it look like more was on it our family will be going back to Pasquale’s from now on we spend from $30 to $50 everytime we come in that drive thru, I got pictures to..if anyone cares to see them check out my post on...
