I highly recommend Gadget Repair KY. I stopped in today trying to get help with an iPhone 11 Pro Max that I couldn’t hear on. They knew exactly what the problem was and told me to come back in 45 minutes and it would be fixed. I was totally surprised they could fix it same day and so quickly! I returned in 40 minutes to a fully functioning phone! Prices are amazing! I thought I would pay wayyyy more than what I did! What I was quoted was what I paid! They were so professional and NICE! They really seemed to care and were so passionate about their work! When they saw how excited I was over the fixed phone, they too got so excited and said this is why they do what they do! The staff was very friendly, however, I had to pay too much for the tech time in his not being able to rectify the problems. Due to my older technology equipment, the newer WiFi printer could not be connected, and the 1500 Mac pictures could not be put on my iCloud. These are the two reasons I had come to the shop.

Tech really tried, but I had to pay for his time in his not resolving those issues. It would’ve been more helpful & cost effective if he had assessed on the front end to determine success rate in accomplishing tasks rather than his trial and error method. He did put the pictures on a thumb drive, but it turned out to be quite expensive project even with a 10% discount. I probably should’ve gone to the Apple Store in the beginning. Live...

Absolutely love this place. I had bought a 12 mini from someone and the entire right side in a sizable strip wouldn’t respond to touch. Found out it was a digitizer/screen that needed replaced. The owner when I called was beyond kind and took my call even during a family emergency and took the time to make ME feel important and pointed that the store could help so I drove down to Maysville (about 30 minutes from me) and the guy working was super cool and kind too. He fixed my phone in no time flat and didn’t make me feel like I had to rush off anywhere during the process.
