We wanted to support local business and not go with the BIG BOX STORES! GET IT IN WRITING at Central Showrooms!! After waiting 2 months for the arrival of our dishwasher, it is sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor. At the time of purchase the salesman was informed of an issue that might affect the installation. He said it would not be a problem. Furthermore, he said the delivery person would haul away the old one. When the appliance finally arrived the delivery person had no knowledge of the haul away agreement, but went ahead and loaded it on his truck. Then the issue of attaching the electrical install. Nope, installer can not deal with this issue. "You need an electrician." We explained that we were told at the store they would handle it. Nope again. So...we are stuck with finding and hiring an electrician to finish the install. How long will this take? One electrician has changed his arrival times twice already. How much is this going to cost? Who knows. What appliance store who's been in business as long as Steven's has, doesn't have access to an electrician? "GET EVERY THING IN WRITING!" Write in about the haul-away as the installer didn't have to take it, but he did. The installation issue? " Again, "GET IT IN WRITING! UPDATE: The installer came today (5 days later).... The work done by the electrician we hired has to be removed. The installer connected the dishwasher in the way we originally told the store it needed to be done. So...we were delayed an additional week, plus the fee wasted we paid the electrician. Maybe the big box would have been a better...

Positives: The customer service is great and the response time is real quick.
Negatives: They are real expensive ($172 to just get them out there). The service techs seem to be super busy because they didn't properly finish putting the washer back together because the washer immediately flooded my laundry room after they left (which of course they left to me to clean). They came back fast and fixed it, and started the washer again to show me it wasn't flooding. What they didn't take into account was there was already water in the washer causing it to overflow over the top and burn out the board on the washer (I was left cleaning another spill). They replaced that after several more days. When they replaced it and got the washer started, the drum was cracked and started leaking. That's when they tell me that they saw rust on the drum before they installed the springs and that the new springs they installed probably cracked it (and, for a 3rd time, was left cleaning another spill). That would have been nice to know before they replaced them. So after $400 and 1.5 weeks without a washer, I am stuck buying a new washer. Don't waste your money on out of...

The best thing is that I was able to put them on layaway and there was not waiting time and or backorders like mostly all other appliance stores I went to. Trust me when I tell you this guy's have the best prices and a really good quality/selection of inventory.
