My family and I always visit the snack bar that is in the same building as this "perfume store". I had noticed the place doesn't have a lot of traffic, unlike other perfume stores located in the same area. WELL NOW I KNOW WHY!! Their customer service is TERRIBLE! After many times that they have tried to get me to buy from them, I finally gave in and bought my first fragrance. AFTER I paid for it he told me he had sold me the tester. I didn't want the tester bottle, I wanted one in an UNOPENED package!! I was not happy and he said he would not give me my money back and then THREW a bag at me so that I could place the perfume in it myself....completely rude and unprofessional! First and last time I buy anything at this place. A word of advice, spend your money somewhere else, don't waste...
