I am a frequent Sephora costumer and have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did tonight. After shopping for about an hour, closing time approached as I was still looking for a fragrance. No employees were available to help me so I made my way to the check lane to check out and ask for help there. I asked Natalia, the cashier who was checking me out, for assistance with checking stock on a certain size of a fragrance. After asking for help over the walkie & waiting for maybe 2 minutes, she then proceeds to rudely say very loudly, “there’s such a long line I’m helping the next person”, which made me feel like such an inconvenience. turns around the line was literally 3 guests along with people still actively shopping after closing hours…After about 5 minutes two nice girls took over and asked if I needed help. I let them know the situation with what I needed and they quickly resolved the problem. While one of the girls was still looking to find the fragrance, Natalia LOUDLY & passive aggressively told the other girl who was checking me out “I don’t even think they carry that size!”. The two girls ignored her and continued to look. Thankfully one of the girls, who had short brunette/straight hair, found my 1oz Jo Malone fragrance that I DEFINITELY knew they carried. After my purchase my new cashier with glasses and wavy hair congratulated me on becoming a rogue member and was very excited for me when they found the fragrance and treated me 10X better than Natalia did. I’m so sad I didn’t get the 2 girls names as I couldn’t see their name tags. As someone who works in customer service I understand wanting to leave asap after closing but you should always treat people with kindness and respect.
Overall, I was so disappointed with the customer service Natalia provided . I hope she finds peace in her life and stops exerting such negativity.

Read moreWe waited over 15 minutes for assistance. A team member called Scott, but he remained doing his makeup. After giving him some time (assuming he might be on a break) I approached and asked for help finding the right shade for our skin. He simply pointed to the testers, and I had to insist before he agreed to use the shade-matching device.
Even then, he asked me to apply the product myself. When I asked for a recommendation, he said he didn’t know what I needed, instead of offering guidance based on his product knowledge.
During a brief conversation, he made several negative comments about the Valley and the store itself. Only once it was clear I intended to make a purchase did he become slightly more polite, though he continued with rude remarks about how disorganized everything was.
Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience. Staff at the Sephora in the mall are far more helpful and...
Read moreI came into Sephora today as a freshly postpartum mom, just hoping for a small makeover to feel a little more like myself again. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored and overlooked by the staff. Even when I tried to get assistance, no one acknowledged me. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially when I was already feeling vulnerable. I left without getting any help, which was disheartening because I truly needed that boost of confidence. I expected better customer service from Sephora. Came...
