I want to thank the employee or receptionist who attended or answers the incoming call on 8-18-2020 . She was very professional , courteous and had excellent communication skills . As busy as she sounded, what I could overhear over the phone . She still took her time with out rushing me to answer all my questions in regards to the distribution of sand bags and getting the department of cleaning water works to send a group of employees to clean the street drain in my subdivision before the depression will ford turns into a hurricane .
