I ordered a new range from them in September of 2020 and was told it would be a month, I had to be the one to keep calling them for updates of when it would be in as GE kept bumping the date out further and further. Finally, received the range 6 months later and low and behold, it is damaged. I notified them and sent photos and they said that GE said they would send new parts for it and I told them that I wasn’t going to wait another 6 months for parts and they could give me a credit on the range and I would just live with the damage. Kelsey said that GE would have to decide if they will do that. More time goes by and no phone calls from Kelsey or GE. I call again. Kelsey says they received 1 part but not the other. I said I was done waiting and I want a credit! She said she will talk to her GE rep and get back to me. Well, it’s been over a month again and still bo communication! 4 months and I still don’t have the parts or a credit!    Read moreI ordered a refrigerator from Coulter's for a client of mine in Cascade, and paid for it in advance, plus delivery and haul off charges. They delivered the refrigerator, but it arrived slightly damaged and dented on one of the sides. My client accepted the refrigerator after the delivery guy told my client that the store would provide a discount for the damage; but Coulter's already fully charged me for it and the they will not return my call to discuss the damage and a discount refund. I will gladly change the 1 star review rating if the store will return my call and issue a discount for the damaged refrigerator.

Sale went fine, but then we had to load it ourselves cause no one was available to help us. After we got the washer home, within a year we had to call an outside provider to repair it, twice.
