This salon is trash. I called to get my hair colored. I asked the lady on the phone if she has any recommendations for a good stylist who knows how to color natural hair. The lady on the phone recommended two stylist and told me to choose one. I chose a stylist and needless to say, I didn’t get the color I wanted. In fact, I wanted a brown shade and walked out of there with blonde hair. The stylist then had the nerve to want to charge me for her services! No ma’am. You may have fooled your way out of high school but you won’t fool me into paying. I’m telling everyone who reads this review to go elsewhere. The lady who answered the phone lied and the stylist was terrible. What did they charge $200.00. Salons today are expecting too much and have the nerve to provide subpar service. Do not! I repeat do not, walk in that salon with the hopes of giving them a chance. I took a chance despite a client of theirs being upset as she left but I should have followed my gut. I'm DEFINITELY done trying with this place. Every time I step foot in their door, you would swear I'm interrupting or inconveniencing somebody in there. The whole "we take walk-ins" seems like a joke. I call to make sure someone will be there just to take out a sewin(not the braids, no wash,literally just take the thread out) I get there and they say the girl is on her way. I'm sittin there for almost 20 minutes and had to ask if somebody else could just do it. I should've just left instead of letting the lady that was sitting there eating do it. (Clearly she didnt want to)Cause the way that lady was super heavy handed while just yanking my hair gave me a headache. Then was super pushing while I was paying and had questions. I cant tell any names because of course they didnt greet or introduce themselves. Just pulled my hqir out and handed me a $54 bill. Which shouldve been less because it wasnt even the full service. Thats the 2nd time ive gotten something done, and they charge for more than what was actually done. They won't ever have to worry about me inconveniencing...

I won’t book Tiffany Robinson ever again . Terrible stylist. I came in for a silk press and didn’t get that. She first started off by washing my hair , which she barely washed . Then proceeded to blow dry my hair , no deep conditioner no nothing. After blow drying my hair she proceeded to have me sit under the dryer which I was very skeptical of because no stylist has ever made me sit under the dryer after blow drying my hair for a silk press. I proceeded to keep my mouth shut and let her “do her thing” . She used two flat irons on my hair because she didn’t have access to her own and even with all that my hair still came out a HOT MESS. I told her to bump it because it still looked straight which she proceeded to tell me to just “wrap it” when I get home. Got in the car and was frustrated because I wasted 91$ for somebody who clearly didn’t know that they were doing. She also seemed very disorganized & not prepared. I will definitely not be returning and was only there because my original stylist...
