Home Sauna Project Review – A Dream Come True!
We recently completed a custom sauna installation in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. What began as a big idea turned into a beautifully executed project thanks to the amazing team involved.
We decided to remodel our entire bedroom (11 ft x 12 ft) to make space for a custom sauna. The sauna itself is 6’ deep, 7’ wide, and 8’ high, with a traditional dry heat system. It’s constructed from beautiful White Nordic Spruce and features the sleek and powerful Himalaya 7.0 heater. The sauna and all related components were provided by Finnleo, whose quality and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.
Our dealer, Daan Berg from Texas Hot Tub, was fantastic from the start. Not only is Daan intelligent and professional, but he was also incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process. This was a large-scale project—even for him—but he handled every phase with care. He stayed in constant communication with the Finnleo factory, especially when a few parts arrived damaged or missing, and made sure everything was taken care of without delay.
Daan also recommended DFW Hot Tub Services, who were responsible for both the sauna installation and the full remodel of the room. They did an outstanding job! They removed all the old drywall from the walls and ceiling and replaced it with matching White Nordic Spruce to seamlessly blend with the sauna design. They even added elegant valance lighting and benches, which creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Working with Richard Harris, the owner of DFW Hot Tub Services, was a breeze. He was always responsive and easy to work with. His crew, led by Danny, was professional, knowledgeable, and truly skilled in their craft.

Read moreOverall we have really enjoyed our Jetsetter hot tub. However........we are now one week out of warranty. I spent an extra $1000 to have the speaker system built in the tub and last night I noticed it wasn't working. I went by the location in Grapevine and called the service department in Ft Worth. Since I am out of warranty I am out of luck. $155 just to come look at the tub and then what ever is wrong is on me. Maybe check other brands if you want in tub entertainment.
Update. Coleman management read my review and agreed to repair my sound system. The woofer had gone bad and a new one was installed 10 days later.

Ladies and gentleman I have to take a moment to update everyone on my spa as of 2/11/2022. Since the last update the water heater quit. The motomassage has broken. I also developed a water leak in the bowels of the case. All of these items were repaired under manufacture warranty. However, the sound system simply isn't worth the money in my opinion. I now have a speaker that barley extends and one that will not stay retracted. And tonight, one speaker is no longer functioning at all. Save the $900-$1200 and go buy a nice bluetooth speaker for your spa.

Read moreWe went to Bret's store to talk about Hot tubs/Spas. He was very informative about how his spas worked, and the easy care of them. He showed us the various models of spas he had on display. We enjoyed speaking with Bret, and we said we would give him a call if we decided to purchase a spa. We decided on the Envoy spa, and we are so very glad that we did. It has been a huge joy for our family. We purchased the spa on 27 Sep 17, and had it installed on 22 Nov 17. Speaking with the Delivery Coordinator, Robert, he worked out having our spa delivered before Thanksgiving. That was very special. Bret informed us that the spa would be easy to use and take care of. He was telling the truth. Bret had introduced us to the Enhanced Spa Shock, and the Silk Balance Maintenance System. It is a wonderful and easy system to use on a weekly basis. I have come by to chat with Bret on several occasions, about the spa we purchased. Each time, he has been very informative and cordial. The Envoy model is very nice and stays hot continuously.
