Not one good experience here Dragon fruit squeeze slush had purple and green not purple and white so guessing they put the purple part and Baja slush together. Anyways that was like the purple grape Delsym or Tylenol cough syrup. 🤢 Steak nacho fries like a tiny little half order and so soaked in chipotle sauce and so overly hot that it'll take your breath away just trying a few bites of the least covered fries and steak. 🄵 Grease soaked beefy melt wouldn't refund just an option to sub, remake just as bad only with basically nothing in it. 🤮 Thinnest little beefy melt with hardly anything in it. All you taste is tortilla. Spicy potato only has a lot of chipotle sauce and is cold. šŸ˜’ Ordered a $7 craving box with a supreme crunch wrap a five layer burrito and cheesy potatoes. The burrito was the thinnest non-existent burrito I've ever seen, the crunchwrap supreme didn't have much meat, and the cheesy potatoes had hardly any cheese. I asked if I could get some meat to add to the crunchwrap and beans and nacho cheese to fix the burrito and some nacho cheese added to the potatoes. They remade and handed me more meat on the crunchwrap but hardly any lettuce and completely screwed up looking. I was handed a Doritos taco and plain hard taco instead of the five layer burrito. The guy first asked if I wanted to keep the food I had before but then said he had to take it back. Like why did he even ask then? Went in to get the five layer burrito that I ordered and some lettuce for the crunchwrap. They made the five layer burrito and took back the potatoes. So got a cold crunchwrap that's screwed up looking, the five layer burrito finally which was mostly bean like that's all you could taste refried beans plain hardly any cheese and now just missing the potatoes. What the hell! Why'd they take the potatoes! Those are the one thing that didn't have an issue! 😔 $9 for some dinky mini chalupas almost as small as a sauce packet a couple Doritos locos tacos and a drink?! I never would've order if known the chalupas were this tiny. The absolute worst value possible! Incredibly upset. I don't want it at all. šŸ˜‘ Don't come here. Got hair in my food and hardly any food. Even the Baja blast was screwed up. It was more like gross water. When asked for it fixed I got a refund no attempt at a remake or anything. Drove twenty minutes to come get food here. Pregnant and hungry all day from work. I hadn't eaten all day. Waste of my time and money to get here. Still no food and hungry as hell. šŸ˜“

Dropped by to get food for my sick kiddo because that was what she wanted. The drive-thru was wrapped around half the building so I figured that going in was best. What a mistake... The side doors were locked but people inside were pointing to the door at the front that no one ever uses but I walked around anyway. Now that I am inside, there was no one working the front counter so I had to fumble through a kiosk that was built for a four foot tall human to use, and me being 6' 4", it was a pain to use. Let me also point out how unfriendly the GUI on this thing was. Once I figured out there were black category icons in a dark purple background area, I was finally able to navigate the friggin menu. I program web apications all day, every day and I would say to Taco Bell, you need to rethink this kiosk layout... Finally, got the food ordeted... sit and wait... and wait... and wait... literally 25 minutes from order to received. WOW... I get it, the employee shortage and all, and the three person crew could have used a lot more help. I also think that the two in the kitchen area had little sense of urgency to do anything faster than they were moving, and they were not moving very fast. I do not want to beat down on the local folks, maybe the culture should change from top down at Taco Bell... I mean who really thought when you pull up to the drive through and the person says "How's it going?" and nothing else, was a good idea and is this the mindset that causes such a decline in business and the inability to hire quality personnel at any rate of pay? Interestingly enough, the CEO of Taco Bell has a personal self branding website to brag about himself but there is only a mention of Taco Bell and only as a part of his title on the site. No other updates since late 2017 so maybe that says it all as to why Taco Bell has stumbled. I wonder how parent Yum! Brands feels about Taco Bell? Anyway, I drove a quarter mile away and got my lunch at Chicken Express and with 2 vehicles in front of me, it took 3 minutes from order to drive away. It appeared they had plenty of employees, why can they maintain prople while othets cannot? I really do not feel it is an hourly rate issue but more of a top down culture issue. IMHO... I really hope Taco Bell pulls it together as I do frequent them and hope they stick around.

Ordered from the app for drive-thru pickup. Arrived at the restaurant, with no one else in line. Waited for some.kind of acknowledgment for around 3 minutes (1 whole song on my playlist played). Without any acknowledgement from the speaker, I went inside. I told the girl behind the counter and she processed my order. The inside of the restaurant was filthy with dried and somewhat fresh pieces of food on a couple tables, seats, and floor....along with an embarrassing amount of mud/dirt all over the restaurant. After a while, a girl came to the counter to ask what the "add sausage crumbles" on the receipt meant.after a few more minutes, my food arrived and found I was missing an item. I informed the same girl and she made it right. The breakfast tacos, if you want to call them that, have about 1 tablespoon of eggs. Barely any bacon or cheese. At least try to make it look similar to the picture with the amount? The Bacon Crunch Wrap was decent, but wouldn't pay that much for such a small item again. Filthy restaurant, apathetic employees, horrible customer service, and what seems to be a manager/franchise owner who would rather save a dime than serve decent food. I should have just gone to Whataburger next door....longer wait time, but at least they care about the products and atmosphere the provide for their customers.....

Update (1/3/2023): showed up today and got the same treatment as usual, except today as I pulled up to get my food (waited from ~8:02 until they decided work started for the day, which was at 8:24) I was told by the female staff member (who I assume is the manager but maybe an opener - either way, same employee who is there every morning I attempt to order during the week - I was told (with obvious irritation from her) that if no one answers, it means they aren’t open yet… and she repeated this to me before I could respond at all. After abruptly grabbing my order from her she threatened to call the cops?? I can’t be arrested for grabbing my food and not being heard (again was cutting me off and shutting the window on me without me even able to speak OR ā€œapologizeā€ for whatever. We won’t be coming here anymore, which I’m sure they are glad of, but it’s just embarrassing for them to always be opening late, losing customers money….. 8AM is opening time on their door, on the website and on Google - that’s when customers will be showing up expecting to be served?…. If there is a delay, let customers KNOW. STOP IGNORING THEM. Lol it’s so simple!!

Since my initial review, they’ve hired new staff for afternoons and while it’s not always perfect, it is always pleasant and, hey, it’s fast food so my expectations actually AREN’T that high. That’s what is so disappointing, is that this is consistent behavior from this location’s morning team and I have always been overly patient about it because I’m not trying to threaten someone’s job but this was like nothing I’ve ever experienced as a customer anywhere! YIKESSSSSSSS - so, again… good luck, people!!

——— If you plan to go there for breakfast anywhere near their opening time (8AM) good luck because they will ignore you until you lose patience since they are clearly not ready to open yet… I tried three times within the past seven days for them to help me and several other customers and so far they have never opened on time and instead, ignored anyone who is in the drive through and anyone who drives up to the drive-through window when they open - and I have never been the first one there either… so just don’t waste your time.

If you go during the day when they ARE ā€œavailableā€ to make sales, there’s a 50% chance they are out of whatever soft drink you were hoping for.

Kinda disappointing that even after all the bad reviews they’ve gotten, they do nothing to improve it. Leadership should be embarrassed since they don’t care to hold anyone...
