I just left this place and I am angry at myself for ever going back. First and foremost the service is incredibly slow! Painfully slow even when not many people in line. Today they were busy and I decided to use the outside lane. I have done this twice and both time it has been a nightmare. They make so many mistakes on top of being slow. Today i ordered a whaterburger jr meal two shakes and a DP float in the outer lane. First mistake. I took the outer lane because the inside lane was out past where you tun in and there were only three cars on outer lane. Well i ordered and parked and I saw kids come out and charge you, then they would go back in. Then they would bring out some food, it would be wrong and they would have to go back two or three times. This happened with every car in front of me and behind me. Yes cars behind me were getting food before me. I am pretty sure they tried to give our order to three or four other cars. I finally get the burger and fries 27 minutes into this debacle. No drink or shakes. While Im waiting I see two cars that had gone through the routine and left come back to go inside and fix a wrong order again! Finally one of the kids comes out again 34 minutes in and says they are having some problems with the machine but if they can’t get it fixed they will give us sodas instead and they will be X Large to be comparable in price?????? No reimbursement nothing, basically you are out of luck and even though we are not giving you what you ordered we are not giving you your money back. 37 minutes in they come out and deliver three shakes. I am so frustrated I leave even though I know they screwed it up. Sure enough in my frustration i leave without the soda that came with the meal and two of the three shakes were wrong. This is such a poorly ran Whataburger. I realize they are not known for their service like Chick Fil A, but this location is the worst. Read morePoor quality people they hire at this location and therefore poor quality customer service. They will have attitude for no reason at the drive thru. On two occasions I have found myself on the other end of condescending teenagers, this last experience in front of my own and even he is flabbergasted because he knows better. She argued with me for calling their chicken tenders chicken fingers. I told her whatever you want to call it, she knows what I meant. I had to move on from her petty arguement on what they're called and I asked her how many can I get. She told me three and it was clearly on the menu. I told her I couldn't see it very well and why I asked her. Then I asked to speak to the manager because at this point I had beyond enough. After saying I've never dealt with such disrespect in a drive thru (actually once before at this exact location), she seemed understanding at first, then insinuated I must've said something to frustrate her. Then to be petty along with the employee, was trying to school me on the difference between chicken fingers and chicken tenders. I told her whatever you offer here, I no longer want it. This is also on Mother's Day and my son and I were having a great time together before this mood killer. I also had a neighbor go through the same thing and refuses to go here. DL, the app and yes you can order pickup through the drive through. Was able to create a order and use the free Whataburger (app exclusive) for the 2nd order. Note: no salt on fries was not a option, which i suspected as salt was never used on Whataburger fries. I got to the intercom and stated i have a pickup order; they said ok order ready at 2nd window. GREAT. But still in a line. I was able to DL the app, create profile, create a personalized orders, and then make the reuqest via the intercom by the time it moved to four. Then it was a slow crawl from there. i dont mind the time but the order must be right, and HOT. That is why i can only give three stars. It took a little 30 mins (I was stuck and my last night to get Whataburger) to get a order that was warm and fries with salt, and no ketchup. We ate the meal in the parking so this wasnt a drive home and warm it was instant. I love Whataburger and know they have long lines, but i always would get hot food and no mistakes. To me the trade off. If this was another late night after the club; Whataburger stop, probably wouldnt have noticed it or cared. The location did not have dine in at the time I visited.
