Janet’s Nail Palace — Local services in McLean

I have been going to Janet's Nail Palace for at least 10 years now..(probably longer!). This place is wonderful....I have never had an issue and have always gotten superior services (Mani, Pedi, waxing...). Diane is my "go to" gal and does an incredible job .....she always knows just what I like and is such a great gal...she really takes care of me! All of the ladies (and owner) aim to please and are also very friendly and kind. Specifically, i want to mention that this is a well kept and VERY CLEAN shop...the staff and owner are meticulous about sanitizing and cleaning and following safety protocol during COVID 19.They seem to truly care about their customers . I highly recommend...

Would not recommend. They didn't seem to be following good hygiene practices. They had the disinfected tools, but didn't seem to be using them. The towels we're very stained. It wasn't clear they cleaned the predicate bowls between customers. I had two people helping me (hands and nails) at the same time. One was good, but the other seemed pissed that she got a late day assignment. They were yelling at each other. I...

I don’t come for the conversation. I’m grading on the service I receive and it’s always good. Tools always sterilized. They mask. Calming music. I find it...
