I recently visited Mila Spa and had an incredibly positive experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff was not only friendly but also provided excellent service throughout my entire visit.

What truly set Mila Spa apart was the attentiveness of the owner. She genuinely cared about the well-being and satisfaction of her clients. The owner took the time to ensure that every aspect of my massage experience was tailored to my preferences, making the session even more enjoyable.

From the beginning, this place was sketchy. The front door is kept locked until this lady lets you in. Everytime I came by she said they were busy and shut the door, once I got the chance to get in after calling 3 times and getting hung up on I couldn't help but notice the kitchen and a washing machine in 2 of the rooms right when you walk in. One could only think people were living here. I'm also starting to think a lot of the 4 and 5 start reviews on this company are fake. There's a California massage and tea massage parlor two doors to the left of this establishment, go there instead. They are professional and will take their clientele seriously.

I'm sure the owner will respond to this review and try to defend it but I've seen what I've seen. Treat your clients...

My first visit: even with an appointment, when I showed up at the door, the lady told me they are busy and cannot take me in.

My second visit: my masseuse was a lady with a tatoo on her shoulder. She asked me to pay first (1hr = $60). As for the massage, she had no technique or skills, just light kneading and thumbing everywhere. And she was on her phone THE WHOLE SESSION. 30 minutes in, I asked her to stop playing with her phone, which she denied doing. When I insisted, she gave me my money back, apologized, and kicked me out.

Will never come back. Look else where for a massage.There is "D's massage spa" in Fairfax that provides professional and excellent bodywork for $60 an hour. Go there instead.
