Gandalf's is always a place full of the best quality vape and smoke accessories that anyone could ever ask for. With a peaceful and happy energy, one can get lost in their shop if one is not careful. From hookahs of all sizes, top quality vapes and accessories, and everything you need to have the best smoking and/or vaping experience one could ask for, to some of the best lids(hats) and clothing from Grassroots and RAW companies, you will definitely enjoy Gandalf's shop. The manager, while young, had a warming energy and a welcoming attitude that gave her the ability to assist several customers at once without missing a step. Gandalf"s shop definitely would not be the same without her energy filling the place. She made me even want to buy a hat I didn"t even need, I liked jt so much I bought a matching lid for my son. Big shout out to Gandalf and his amazing manager! See you both soon! I need a new vape mod so...

So unfortunately I have to give this place 3 stars because of one person I think her name is Callie but she’s a little blonde girl I’ve had 3 bad experiences with her she ALWAYS Acts inconvinced by me even being there she is rude she says they don’t carry products that they do have she doesn’t want to help with anything and she’s just a drag and brings me down she works at one of the coolest store so why the bad attitude but on a positive note the rest of their employees are amazing especially Sam and I can’t remember the girls name but she has brown hair and she’s down to earth and cool as hell so is their manger and over all the store and the staff are awesome they go above and beyond all the time! But my advice if the little blonde girl is working turn around and walk right back out...

Gandalfs has come a long way! When I first went to this shop it had hardly any vape related products, now they have a decent amount of vape stuff but what impressed me the most was the selection of rebuildables! They had newer RDA, RTAs, Cotton and coils! Most places that have rebuildables sell dated stuff but this places rebuildable section was on point! I also shared with them my cotton as I am a distributor for cottonaddict premium vape cotton & to my surprise they were extremely interested in putting my product on the shelf which definitely has a lasting impression on me! Staff was kind, considerate, knowledgeable but also willing to listen and learn as well! Overall I left gandalfs with a smile on my face and was happy to see how far they'd come.....
