The cozy atmosphere as soon as you enter the door is just the beginning of the delight that is ahead. The service is kind and efficient, which lends to a more peaceful environment. The chips are served with both, a side of salsa, and a side of refried beans. Honestly, they could be enjoyed as a light meal all on their own. It's not often excitement is generated before you even open the menu, but these items do the trick. Once the menu is opened, you'll have no shortage of options. Each one served with portions that are generous and flavors that are going to hit the spot everytime. There are even different options for which type of loaded nacho that you would want. We enjoyed the Super Nacho tonight. The pop/soda comes in a large mug with a handle, allowing it to be enjoyed without as much worry of spilling. The bacon-wrapped-shrimp I ordered is wonderfully prepared: bacon covered with melted cheese envelops the entirety of the shrimp. They are even easy to eat due to how well they are cooked. The rice isn't dry at all and mixes very well with other portions of your dish. Even the roasted vegetables seem to be a little sweeter, adding to the melody on your tongue. (I had menu item 80c if you want to try it out.) I definitely don't recommend this restaurant nor will I...

First time in. Great food - reminds me of Juan Colorado In Wilsonville, minus a couple key points that make Juan Colorado my spot: Really could liven up the decor in the restaurant, add some cultural paintings and colors. The salsa was a bit watery and probably also too spicy for most. Take care of those two things and we are closing in on a five...
