We told her we wanted inexpensive but decent and available to take home now. She quickly checked inventory and gave us three choices, and didn't try to force an upsell. She was honest about the pros and cons of our options and helped us to make a quick decision. From the moment we entered the show room we were impressed with the display and cleanliness, we were greeted by a very informative individual, Roberto, he answered all our questions and went further explaining the construction and materials used in the mattresses the difference between a Firm, a Medium, and a soft or as he said a marshmallow mattress.
