**2023 update…. I’m so sad because I have been going here with my family for literally over 20 years. I have always loved it and it’s been a staple in my life… I have been disappointed that every single time I have gone recently - they have completely messed up our orders. And not just in a little way….. sometimes so much that you can’t even eat it… the wait times are extreme in the drive-through, and it seems like the young teens working there, Just don’t really care about their jobs. We have unfortunately been coming less and less but yesterday we thought we would try again and my husband ordered a French Dip sandwich… it only had meat on it…. No cheese and they didn’t give any Ajous sauce….. literally just bread and meat … for $15… when we called about it, the kid on the other line offered us a $.50 refund…. Almost like a slap in the face. I personally like the owner, and I have known him through all of my friends that worked here back in high school, and he seems like he is a good guy who cares about his business…. But he’s gonna have to do a full revamp on the staff and procedures to be able to keep this place running the way that it used to. And I hope he does.. because sandwich express used to be the best sandwich place in town! I hope it is...

This was once the best place to get sandwiches. The chicken fajita was incredible. However, the dedication to hiring young stupid kids that don't care about their job has completely ruined this place. The chicken is cooked in the microwave until it's dry enough to be jerky. The sandwiches are a complete crap shoot. My turkey sub last week had literally one slice of Turkey. The employees at this place just don't care anymore and it's ruined everything. Do yourself a favor and drive to Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are better and they don't hire morons. Also, sandwich express is constantly playing religious music and it's like fingernails on a chalk board. Religion is for kids...

Update: Made my first stop here in over six months. Ordered the ham and turkey. They didn't put on any turkey. There were 2 slices of ham. The kids that work at this place are too stupid to understand that the most important ingredients in a ham and turkey sandwich are the ham and the turkey. Maybe if they hired somebody with half a brain and paid them a decent wage it would be worth going to this place. I will wait another six months at least before returning here to have my order screwed up. When somebody pays for something and you don't give them what they paid for,...

I have been to sandwich express multiple times and enjoyed their sandwiches. However, the last two times have been horrible. I ordered the chicken Fajita which I have ordered dozens of times. When I opened my sandwich at my house, it just fell apart. The part that didn’t fall apart just tasted like butter. Was the worst chicken fajita sandwich I have had. I went back again hoping for a better experience. I bought the French dip which I had once before and it was good. When I got home, I noticed the sandwich looked very thin. I began eating the sandwich and it was good, but for the price i was highly disappointed. It is only meat and cheese and multiple bites were just bread. The dip for the sandwich was also horrible. It had spices floating on the top. I stirred it and tried it again, and It just tasted really bad. I think it would have been better if it was just broth, not broth and spices. Sadly I will stop going to sandwich express. It use to be very good and reasonably priced. Now it is very experience and just doesn’t tasted very good.
