If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband and I purchased a stove, dishwasher and fridge from them in February of 2023. Everything was going well until the summer of 2023. We noticed a lot of frost build up in the front, inside and on the food in the freezer. The freezer door casing was bad and needed replaced. Mind you this was a BRAND new appliance. We called and in July/August 2023 and they said the part would be ordered. We had a busy fall and winter, and remembered they never called. January/February 2024 we called again, they said they would order the part (again) and get back to us. The beginning of June 2024 still had not heard bavlck, my husband called and was told, let me look and I'll call you back in 10 minutes. Saturday June 29, 2024 we go to the Meadville location where we bought the appliance. The 2 men that were working were unbelievable rude and condescending. I asked about it and he said "I don't know anything about it". He apologized, and asked what I wanted him to do. I said 'look up our order and see what is going on". He told me both him and the other man working were part time and did not have the ability to look up orders. I asked if there was a manager around, he said no. I asked again what he was going to do to help us, as we were told they would service our appliance as long as we owned it. He said he had already apologized what more did I want. Again I said "I want yhe part ordered and installed to fix my appliance". He handed me the store card and said I would have to call and talk to either the owner in Erie or the store manager Monday. He would not help with anything. He said he already apologized many times, what more did I want or expect. My husband and I walked out. While I was there, another couple came in with an issue that had been ongoing as well. We walked out of the store and tried to call the store in Erie, more than once and they do not answer the phone. Do not waste your time OR money with this company. They will not keep their promises nor will they help to fix an appliance they sell you. They will ignore you and treat you like garbage.
