Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Meadville

I’m a regular guest. I been coming to this location since it opened and 4 times a day 7 days a week religiously. so much I walk in and they know my order. Iv ordered the same thing for 10 plus years. so I know how it suppose to taste. This time it tasted different. so I mentioned it to the manager and she instructed an employee to make a new one. this employee was grilling me making a weird face like I was lying saying ” what do you mean it tastes funny? . I can’t explain it but, if a customer request for a new one just do it. No questions asked. I have no reason to lie. Shewas old enough to be my daughter. And I don’t know a name because of course they don’t have name tags, so if you have a complaint you can name an employee. This Tim Horton's location has got to be one of the slowest services I have received. When I entered, there was 1 customer in front of me. I was asking about their pumpkin lattes as I didn't see it on the menu. Was advised it was the website only order. So I purchased my doughnuts and moved to the side and placed my phone order. The place started getting busy, no big deal. When I saw customers receiving their orders before me, I had to ask 3 times where my drink was. I gave my order number, and then I saw them making it. The food is great when they have it or will make it. I live over an hour away and only get the chance to stop in the late evenings a few times a month. If you go after 8pm there will be no bagels, muffins, donuts or donut holes. They box them up to take home but say they are out.the lobby closes at 8pm so you can see it boxed up already to go home from the drive thru.
