While this is my main Taco Bell location to visit, they FREQUENTLY mess up my food by either putting on toppings I've removed in my order (especially lettuce) or omitting extra toppings I've paid to have added. My most recent visit was 8/4/25. 2 of the 3 items I ordered were fine but I swapped the sauce in the spicy potato taco from creamy jalapeno to spicy ranch and added onions. To do this in the app you remove one sauce and add the other (which up-charges you like $0.65 kinda ridiculous really.) There was no sauce and no onions on the taco. It's easy enough to report a mistake in the app if you order that way and they'll send you like $3 off your next order that way you don't have to bother going all the way back to the store or calling and hoping someone answers the phone.
I will continue to eat Taco Bell of course, but just know if you have any special requests you may want to check your food before you leave the parking lot to save yourself...

We even went through the drive through, but you guys have a TERRIBLE drive through. The AI woman that was getting our food kept getting everything wrong and kept adding things we didnât want.
