Ashley and Rob did a great job designing a beautiful piece of jewelry for my mom made from my father's rings. He passed and mom wanted to have something of him close to her heart so now his wedding band and other ring were transformed into a magnificent keepsake.With just talking with my mom, Rob took her comments/memories and created a piece to be cherished by family for years to come. To describe the meaning behind the piece is: the letter C for his name the five stones signify his 5 daughters the garnet signifies his favorite stone that happens to be my mothers birthstone. Thank you both so much for all your care and consideration of my mothers memories and lost.

Ashley and Rob were very professional and patient with my complete cluelessness and worked with me to make something I was completely satisfied with and fit my budget. My fiancee absolutely loved the ring and couldn't be happier with it. I would absolutely recommend Ashley and Co to anyone looking for an engagement ring or any other jewelry. You would be hard pressed to find a better experience elsewhere.

I have brought several pieces in for repair over the past few years and Rob does good work and the customer service is satisfactory, especially "off-season." Two times I have attempted to bring in pieces that I didn't want to leave for an extended period when they were busy, but was unable to make an appointment, even several weeks in the future. Since this has happened twice now, I have found another local jeweler who will make an appointment. In addition, when picking up jewelry on one occasion, I was harassed by another customer (their friend) without provocation regarding politics and the owners did nothing about it as I ran out of the store to get away, although they did call me after I left to apologize.
