The pharmacy sent message they needed to talk to me through the app. I called and left 2 messages since you cannot talk to a pharmacist anymore. The message says they will return your call within an hour. No return calls. Today called again and left message. No return call. Go to pharmacy in person 3 hours later. The tech said the issue had been resolved. Had to wait 15 minutes for the problem script. They needed prior authorization. Then they ran the script through GOOD RX which no one asked for that to be done. If called and/or asked I would have said yes depending on the cost. The cashier was not customer service oriented. Told I would have to take the gift card to front of store and I should take my other items with me to the front. I said no go ahead and ring everything up without the gift card.
