I bought a pack of pre-rolls my first time going in, after medicating I noticed that it tasted like hay. upon further investigation, I realized that it had a harvest date of 3 years ago. The THC had all degraded out of the flower by the time I bought it. The next time I went, I bought some concentrates. The label said it was cannabis but I'm pretty sure it was pure sulfur. The overwhelming taste of rotten egg was unbearable and I was unable to get the flavor out of my mouth for hours after. Not to mention the harshness on my lungs and the burning from using the product. I tried to go back on multiple occasions to speak to a manager or someone that could be notified of the poor product quality. Every time though the front staff refused to help in any way or provide a number for a manager or product acquisitions agent. According to them they don't have any supervision or management. Purchased some flower. Was at first pleased with the appearance and price. The “top shelf” had bud rot and mildew mold all throughout the bud. The cheaper outdoor discount weed had mites that were almost as big as my cat. Went back the next day(today), received store credit for the moldy bud… woulda preferred my money back. The part that blows my mind is that their “top shelf” was some very, very clearly neglected flower that had brown bud rot near the stem and white mildewy mold everywhere. very unacceptable. They didn’t ask if I felt compensated after having to settle with some store credit (on which I felt guided to get prepackaged prerolls that looked from elsewhere) Didn’t feel to share that I drove an hour plus back after driving through a gnarly snowstorm last night… because clearly they could care less.
