I went here in the early afternoon to get a coffee and to work on a college paper....when I showed up I saw a sign on the door that there was no indoor sitting and I was deflated....found out I could still order coffee and at the register I was greeted warmly and upon explaining what I came to do the barrista informed me that I could set up outside on their outdoor patio area...made me smile...plus the coffee was great...the only complaint I have is that there was no way to leave a tip using a debit card...and I didn't have any cash on me ...those girls deserved a good tip....so future customers paying with card. My advice is stadh some cash in your wallet for a tip....Great service...Great coffee...upbeat employees.. what more could...

The manager was training a new hire, and ignored us for a good five minutes when we stood in front of him at the counter to ask for a sweetener packet. Not a huge deal, but I would have coached him about showing new employees that guest service is a primary obligation working a counter. Even a nod of acknowledgement, or an, "I'll be with you soon," would have made a much more positive impression. Baristas were great, service was quick and cheerful, and the store was nice and clean. The trainer simply missed one of the important bits of showing excellent...
Read moreI’ve been going to this location for a few years now and they’re continuously out of the food items. After being told they didn’t have either food items I pulled up to the register to pay for a coffee and was prompted to tip, I scoughed and apparently the barista took it upon herself to have the manager lecture me the next day. Although the manager was polite, he defended a lot of shortcomings and failures which missed opportunities for a sale..
