SouthWest Coffee — Restaurant in Medford

I’ve been fussing for months that I just want a really good cup of coffee and haven’t been able to find one. My best friend and I were in town for an appointment (we live about 30-45 min away) and decided to try it here. Honestly the best cup of coffee I’ve had in Sooo long. This is the best coffee ever. I don't say that lightly. I've had it all Pete's, Starbucks, human bean, Dutch, outsiders, etc. NOTHING compares to Southwest. It is the only place around where my coffee tastes real and authentic and like it actually has genuine espresso in it. The customer service is always amazing. They never make my drink wrong. I drive over 15 min from my house and past all kinds of other coffee places to just get one from Southwest. It's literally ruined all other coffee places for me. I cannot recommend...

Visited today for the first time. I was really excited for the Chai and enjoyed the quirky chai art they currently had on their sign. Really a let down when I saw it was just another coffee hut using Oregon Chai. The staff was super friendly and helpful so no issues there. The branding is great. They have great drink options. I appreciate the punch card system. I really wanted this to be my regular coffee joint. Just felt disappointed, like it's another unoriginal coffee hut that I wanted...
