I have been shopping at this bimart for years and was very disappointed after my experience there tonight. I went into make a few photos and also picked up a few other items when I went to check out my bankcard wouldn't work and I had left my wallet at home. (I just had bankcard and ID in popsocket on phone) so I asked if they could hold my items while I ran home less than 5 minutes away. When I came back with the cash they had already put away all my many items except 3. Normally it wouldn't ha e been that big of a deal except I told them I would be right back..I recently finished hardcore chemo and radiation and getting out and doing errands takes me awhile. I was disappointed and frustrated and after paying for just a few of my items did not have the energy to gather up the rest of my items. Luckily the gal from photos who had helped me was kind enough to bring the pictures I had printed out up to me or I would have forgotten them too. I could understand if I had left my items for over an hr...but I told them I would...
Read moreThis store and this location in particular seems to have an issue with “others” who aren’t white older people. Out of the few times I’ve shopped at the store, the one in Ashland as well I never got stopped to ask if I have a membership. This plain Jane older brunette woman felt the need to waste 1 minute and a half of my day to pester me about a so called membership yet everyone else walked in barely being acknowledged at all. I questioned her that are you saying ONLY people with a membership are allowed she got stuck on her words. When I proceed to tell her I’ve shopped at this store with no problem on several other occasions without one she then scoffs and says oh well we just have to let people know this is a membership store. Righhhht like you let the other 4 people walk in without asking them anything. I’m aware this is a membership store duh but I have no need for it, just like I will have no need to spend my...

Then here I come 6 foot 4 tattooed everywhere and they stop me and ask do I have a bi-mart card . Dug thru my wallet finally find it and it's my ex wife's from 15 years ago. I end up paying the 5 bucks no problem to get a bi-mart even left my driver's license with her while I shopped. Thing is everywhere I was looking there was the man from the booth I'm guessing there security. Well I finished up my shopping in the outdoor section as I was needing new rain gear.... big shout out to the lady that worked that department. She talked me into the rain coat. I love it.. I then proceeded to the registers spent a 150.00 there and didn't steal anything. Moral of the story don't judge a book...
