Overwhelming Disappointment sums up my experience in what I would say is attempting to deal with this dealership. I submitted request for information on the website submitted some trade-in information and initially did get some texts back the next day and then communication stopped. Since I didn’t hear anything back, I reached out again the following morning and I was just told that they were very busy and to send over the information for my finance company on my trade-in and then again I never heard back from them. Sometime on Friday I also saw that I got an email from a gentleman named Alex, who supposedly the general manager there. I responded to the email saying that I haven’t gotten the information that I need and gave him the name of who I’ve been speaking to and I never got a single solitairy response to that email either.
I later got a text message from what I can assume is some kind of AI text bot (since the dealership was closed) asking if all my questions and things had been answered and I replied that my experience has not been good and I have not gotten the communication that I needed. I got a response from that text saying that they would make the people in charge aware and that someone will be reaching out to me and that has not happened either.
At the end of the day, I was able to get the exact vehicle today that I was trying to get from Medina Auto Mall, but was able to obtain that from Fred Martin superstore where I had an amazing experience and great communication from the first text message and phone call through the entire entirety of the sales process truly...
Read moreWorst experience ever, I inquired about jeep grand Cherokee overland from them, I got approved for the vehicle. Jeremy told me I was able to get the vehicle, but was waiting for vehicle to come back from services. Meanwhile the vehicle came back on Monday, Jeremy told me he was going to get me a lyft out there to get the vehicle when the car was available. They suspended my sales Rep Jeremy, put me with Cody sales Rep. He gave me the run told me I wasn't approved for the vehicle. I never felt so uneasy, and disappointed. They told me I didn't qualify for the vehicle, after I got approved. Jeremy call me on Saturday, gave me sob story that he got suspended for going to Arby's. He than began to tell me I was approved for the vehicle, and the car was still there. He told me I had to put down payment down to hold the vehicle, I text him back and told him I would put 500 down, never replied. He than text me on Sunday and told me the vehicle was sold, after he told me he would hold the vehicle to Monday for me, and get me a ride, my problem with this hold situation the dishonesty. The unprofessionalism from the sales associate, A sales manager never contacted me after I ask to speak to Doug. This place is bad for business I would never go here to purchase a vehicle. The paperwork was written up, they got me approved through the bank, and sold the vehicle to somebody else. To go through all of this I wonder what was wrong with the vehicle. I never been lie to...
Read moreThese terrible salesmen photoshopped/ ai edited images of vehicles that are rotted out flood cars. They aren’t just cutting the cars out to put them on a white background like eBay does images. They are actually ai photoshopping the vehicles. Look at their image. They aren’t stock photos they show some wear and tear and dents or scratches. This is the second time I have seen something like this at this dealer, unsafe flood cars being sold as good. Guy told me it was “tip top” I’d love it. This is fraud. Look at the ai edited photo on their listing vs the actual car. There were piles of rusted metal falling off it they clinked when you moved them. Then they tried to say it was undercoating falling off while cackling when I said it wasn’t even safe to drive. Go here if you want to get lied to and buy a flood car!
As an update to the owners response you could: 1 Sell me a non rusted properly running similar body style Escalade ESV, Yukon XL or suburban for the price this rotted out flood car was advertised at since you guys told me it was Tip Top and I’d love it. 2 You can invent time travel, warn me that the car is junk before I lost 3 hours of my life driving down to see it. Pay me a 1 time consulting fee of $20k and I will explain to you why it’s not only unethical, but illegal to photo shop the cars that are rotted out...
