Iām so disappointed in my service today. I placed an order online, checking the website to make sure the restaurant had curbside pick up. When not given the option with my order, I called the restaurant to make the change. I was told that this service was no longer available due to staff shortage. I explained that I broke both of my feet (by the way Iām in cast, non driving one) and would they please make an exception. I was placed on hold to refer to the manager. The server, returning to my call stated, āsorry we no longer provide this serviceā. So, I picked up my order, walking insideā¦the restaurant is empty. Now Iām really mad. I asked for manager which took 5 minutes to greet me, again not happy. The first comment he made was..I been working here for only two days, (ok?) I explained the situation and I was told that the server was only following policy. I further iterated that the server placed me on hold to talk to the manager. However he continued to blame the server. Which was followed by āhave a nice evening maāamā. Sarcastically I might add. Additionally, my order was incorrect and the staff included two Heineken beers in my bags. Iām glad I was of age to receive alcohol. Shame on...

Online pickup is always on time and even in restaurant they tend to be pretty speedy but today was a different story completely. First, I go to pickup my order and itās not ready, which is understandable things get busy. Iām told it will be about 3 minutes (I waited 15 total), then once my order comes up the employee checked I had sauces and even got me extra but was handing me the wrong order, so when I did get home and realize this I call them back and they actually have my order! So I drive back and itās now 50 minutes from my original pickup time and not a single person thought to remake my order out of courtesy!! Iāve worked in food service and thatās blatantly obvious to do especially when sitting SO long. The burger was obviously so greasy from soaking and the aioli had dripped out. And to top it off once I get home with my ācorrect orderā my plain potato wedges are slathered in cold cheese and stuck together like a brick. (see picture) I did get a refund but they need more staff, better training, or more competent people. Maybe all...

Tonight we arrived at 7:20. The place was busy with BOGO night so expected to have a longer wait, which is also fine. Our food finally arrived at 8:15. Again, I can handle this. Pleasant company, cold beer, we can wait.
However... My boneless wings were room temp and I can even handle that. My partner's wings were COLD. Our fries and wedges were cold. He asked the server to just take his wings off and he would just eat the fries but our server said she we have them remade, so I pushed him to do that. They came back 3 minutes later and were microwaved.
Now again, I understand short staffing and busy periods. I have literally worked as a line cook at a wing place in my 20's. But we were there for a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes. No manger came by, nothing comped, (which would be okay if they were actually remade) and then cold and microwaved food. ...
