January 2023: On our way from Cleveland to Columbus, I needed a quick boost of caffeine. I do not usually buy Starbucks, but they were the most convenient for this situation. Inside, I ordered a grand caramel crunch frappe and a grand mocha cookie frappe. The caramel crunch frappe was delicious. Pros: * Friendly staff who helped me decide what to get. * Delicious drinks that were sweet, but potent. Cons: * I don't know 🤷🏽‍♂️ Summary: I would return, but I don't usually drink a lot of coffee. Starbucks is a convenient option for whenever I do.

Great Starbucks. Nice staff and good service. I got one regular hot coffee and one java chip frappe here. Both were really awesome!! They made the frappe with good care and weren’t in a hurry to just finish the order. The place was spacious and not crowded; was neat and clean. They also have an outdoor seating arrangement, we didn’t use it as we were on our way doing a roadtrip! Overall a great stop just like all the Starbucks as usual. It’s close to the interstate, a plus point.

I walked in the store at 4pm to order a coffee and the door has a sign that clearly stated they are open for to go orders so I try to get in line to put my order in and the manager or whoever tells me they won’t take any orders and are drive thru only. And she said it very rudely. So I go on the app to try to put my order in and it says the location isn’t taking online orders. Starbucks is turning into a trash company that has so many customers they feel they can show no customer service and not have any consequences from it. Guess I just won’t buy Starbucks anymore. Bunch of lazy workers. Would it really have been a big deal to take my order as I was in before you closed? Instead was rudely...

Normally this Starbucks is AWESOME no matter what time of day I visit. However, today was the barista championship. I made my app order, their eta was up to 10 minutes, which was fine. At 10 minutes I arrived. It was PACKED, LOUD and many people were blocking the mobile pickup area. I looked, drinks weren't done, so I waited........and waited.......and waited. At 20 minutes after the promised pickup time, I went to the drive-thru. The server was very kind, even offering pup cups for my girls. It took an additional 5 minutes or so, but I did get my drinks. Hubby felt his latte was watery though. Oh well. I think they were just overwhelmed with all the baristas there and...

Casey and the rest of the staff were amazing and welcoming. Casey was so sweet, above and beyond naturally. My Chestnut Praline Latte w/ Oat milk was absolutely delightfully made to order. Sorry I didn't think to get a pic before it was gone. Take my word, it was as appealing to my eyes as my taste buds. I'll definitely be stopping by this location whenever I'm in town. The inside is also clean as well as the RR. P.S. Don't forget to tip your baristas, and tip extra if you're making extra requests. Just a friendly reminder.
