Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Montville Township

I ordered a kid's quesadilla and burrito bowl. I got my girls settled and looked at my receipt and realized I had paid double the kids' meal price with the milk. My sister got her son the same meal and was charged for the kid's meal with the drink and chips. I showed the manager our quesadilla and my nephew's - both were the same size but charged different - he said they were both adult size. He refunded my milk but said that I had to pay for the adult quesadilla since I didn't catch the staff making me the wrong one. He told me more than once that I should have known the difference and stopped them from making the wrong meal. All in front of his staff! The only quesadillas mentioned on the menu is the kids, how do I know that they're making an adult one? How am I to know this option even exists? I know that this was extremely unprofessional to blame me for the mistake staff made. I know staffing is difficult and training may be rushed. Making sure they use the correct portion of chicken and cheese should NOT be on me when I came out to pay for lunch to be made...

Me and my boyfriend came to this location for the first time last night. We went to order and the young girl that was working behind the counter saw us but did not greet us nor did she acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes. We let it go then proceeded to order when she finally said something.. (she had a horrible attitude the entire time) so, They were out of almost everything at 9pm when they close at 10pm. . I ordered a kids quesadilla it’s supposed to come with chips.. they were out.. and so I requested to replace the chips with guacamole she gave attitude and said “that’s extra money” I said ok can I please speak to the manager about this? She proceeded to roll her eyes and curse under her breath. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! They were all rude including the MANAGER! I have never been so upset with an experience at a restaurant in my life not to mention we were visiting out of town and this was our first time...

I decided to give this place another chance. I have stopped here different times in the past when passing through and the staff (normally the manager on duty) have been rude. They run out of white rice at 9, for instance, and don't want to make any more for another hour when there are lots of people still coming in. Tonight it was online orders only, but no sign on the door. I went in a 9:20 pm to order. All the staff are standing there with their backs to me and not one person says anything. The place is a mess, money sitting on the counter. I waited and finally asked after being ignored. "ONLINE ONLY". Okay, went into the parking lot to place an online order. The site says there is no available time to pick it up. I glance up and they are locking the door at 9:30. It's a bunch of lazy slobs that work at this location. Shut it down. I won't be stopping...
