Two times in a row the customer service at this store has been horrendous. A few weeks ago I needed printer ink and after searching the shelves and not finding any in stock, I went to the kiosk to see if more were in stock and second to talk to an associate. The kiosk said you had 4 in stock. I pressed the button for an associate and no one came. I tried this 3 times because it kept timing out. Because I couldn't get an associate I went to a competitor and bought my ink there. Today I went to the electronics department with a question on an adapter to transfer data from my old phone to a new phone. The young gal with glasses was extremely rude and her first question was "do you have a quick question." in a tone that suggested she didn't want to be bothered. I tried to explain that I was NOT electronically inclined and she shut me down with interrupting me each time I tried to explain what I was looking for and trying to do. You've got problems if this is how she treats all of your customers coming into the electronics department with a question. I'll have to be extremely desperate to shop at your store ever again. July 11th, Target employees at this location didn’t know what Baking Soda was . That’s perfectly ok. But their customer service was to “order it online and you’ll have a better chance at getting it” (than finding it in the store since their app showed it in stock). All that was needed was to know where the aisle was that the Target app showed where the item was . They couldn’t even do that. Another guy had no idea where jerky was.

First off, the customer service has gone down significantly and it looks like the employee turnover is quite high. Understandable. However the employees at the registers and self-checkout have been consistently awful. If you use the self-checkout, the employees act as if they're profiling people of color. That is NOT acceptable by any means and if this is how Target wants to represent itself to customers, then I'm sure other stores nearby would appreciate more customers in the future.
