The email attached is a perfect example of the treatment I received from Morgan at the Teehive. My name is not on it. It still has the name of my account rep (that I worked with well,) and it is just completely void of care.
This was my second summer ordering 10s of thousands of dollars worth of product from Teehive. I had a great experience with Ashley for my tournament last summer, so worked with her again this spring. All orders except for one had been put in when she was let go from the company. (I do not know the details of this.)
Morgan took over the account and was a nightmare. I will just list the main reasons. 1- He would not answer the phone & would not call me back. He only worked in email and refused to have a conversation. 2- He lied & patronized me. He told me things had been shipped that were not. Told me he would call me at certain times & did not. Told me that "I understand and we will take care of you" and then ignored me. He said that he would put together a folder of my invoices & orders to review & he STILL has not. (This was weeks ago.) 3- I had to call every location and leave voicemails or hope to reach a human to get any of my concerns addressed. 4- I ordered for a volunteer in 4XL and I was never told they did not have this size for two items & they just sent them in a smaller size so my volunteer did not have the matching items. 5- I ended up with five items that I DID NOT ORDER and I am missing all of the hoodies that I did order! The event is over & people still don't have their stuff. 6- I told Morgan the items that were right & that I was ready to pay, and he never sent me the invoice / payment link. (If his bosses are reading this, this is the main reason you are still waiting for payment.)
I will NEVER work with this company again. They made the event that is my main thing for the year into weeks and days of stress beforehand and even now. They have lost...
Read moreWeâve partnered with Teehive for several years, but sadly, the experience has gone downhill fast. Beyond ongoing issues with transparency and billing, the most concerning discovery is that Teehive openly supports homophobia by fulfilling and profiting from hate-filled t-shirt orders. That in itself is enough reason to cut ties.
On top of that, turnover has caused major communication breakdowns. Despite being reassured multiple times that our negotiated sponsorship ($1.00 discount per shirt) was applied, it wasnât. When I raised concerns about unexpected shipping charges (nearly $500 with no notice) and asked for a clear price breakdown, it took over a week to hear back. The âsolutionâ was to admit the discount should have been appliedâthen increase our price by $0.75 per shirt, completely erasing the sponsorship and our trust.
Teehive has proven itself to be neither transparent nor ethical. If you value honesty, reliability, and inclusion, I would strongly recommend taking your...
Read moreWe did our daughters 9th birthday party at Teehive. Nick who was our original contact to book was responsive and accommodating to make it what we wanted to make it. Each girl got to pick out their own design and hands on for the screening process...which does go pretty quick. They were good with us bringing in pizza, cupcakes, decoration, etc. The guys (John and Chase I believe) working that night were super outgoing, friendly and patient with the kids throughout the process. We didn't fully know what to expect going into it, but turned out great and...
