I've been here a month and I love my Lil apartment. If u have problems hanging things use Command Strips!!! That's what I did because several walls were concrete. It's NOT the paint. They vacuum the hallways and stairwells often. You can hear stuff thru the walls but that's everywhere. So far it's been very pleasant.

If I had to be completely candid on here I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Due to financial issues I had to leave my other apartment for a cheaper place. While I had many issues at that complex as well I would much rather spend the extra money I have now to be there, rather than dealing with the ridiculous things I am dealing with here. Signed a 1 yr lease and not even 1 month in I started having issues with the office staff and being harrassed regarding my service dog (she is an extremely friendly, nonaggressive pit rasied with children and other animals before coming here) and boyfriend staying at my apartment during the day to take care of the dogs while I am at work. From requesting several different doctor's notes which were provided each time to being watched while I take her and my other dog outside to use the restroom is just the tip of the iceberg here. I am sure living right across from the leasing office is what makes them think they have a right to dictate who visits or stays at my apartment but I do not live in a boarding house, I pay a lease and if my boyfriend, sister, mother, etc. stays the night here and there it should NOT be an issue. They are not there everyday and do not contribute to my rent so no need to be on my lease. My boyfriend has been yelled at and cursed at from across the parking lot by the staff, I have been watched from the windows and from the back patio of the office while taking my dogs to the bathroom (whom which I always pick up after) along with constantly being requested to jump through yet another hoop in order to keep my service dog there with me. I have turned in several doctor's notes for her and it never fails about 2-3 weeks later I get another call needing something else. Trying to get things fixed in the apartment is a whole other battle. The fans in the bedrooms are so cheap they are constantly breaking and needing repairs, the patio off my 3rd floor apartment was supposedly completly new yet there are spots dry rotting and one section wasn't even attached to my building and if you leaned on it, it would wobble and give. Not very safe to have my 3 year old on. When I told the office about it at first all they did was put the occupancy approval sheet from the inspector on my door. It wasn't until they saw me taking videos and pictures of the deck that they sent someone to come and secure it to my building (btw whoever the main maintenance guy is, he is awesome and not at fault for maintenance timing by any means). Not to mention the giant ant infestation and the giant tree that has huge branches just hanging on until a big storm or wind knocks them done onto the cars or somebody; which I also mentioned to them. I have literally been here 2 months and it has been a living nightmare. Please, please, please do NOT waste your time even looking at this place. If I had the money I would...

I hate it here. I hate the neighbors, office staff, parking lot. I could go on!!! If I stay in my apartment it's fine, when I pay rent and walk out my door that's when I realize how much I hate this place. I wouldn't even waist your time. I wanted to stay for about 3 years and then move into a house. doesn't look like I'm going to be doing that. I can't wait to move! Signing the lease was a complete F**k up. I did half of her work for her! She told me I could get this one. Then a day would go by and I couldn't have that apartment. They tried to get me to move into a place that was by the office and I refused it! They have the worst customer service ever! I had a friend that lived here that had to put her dog down are break her lease. She said is there anyway I could get out of it because your making me do this. The lady in the office looked at her and said honey, we don't even let dead people out of a lease. We go after the family for the money! I had my doubts before moving in and I wish I would have just picked another place! Both of my upstairs and downstairs neighbors smoke and I don't. Well my whole apartment smells like smoke /weed. I have so much stuff plugged in to try and help the smell. They were supper crazy over my dog. I sent them 3 pics of her. Then gave them a real pic of her that I got from Walgreens. Still asking me question after question. I guess since I moved in with a dog they didn't even bother giving me new carpet. so nasty I had to clean it myself and it still didn't come clean ( I'm sure I'll be charged for that) my ac didn't work when I moved in. I called on a Saturday and said I need someone to come fix this and the guy said we don't come unless it's 90 degrees. It's was 87. Called on Monday and it took them 3 weeks to fix it and i believe it only got fixed because I called and said what's the deal! Just don't! Find another place. Updated ac broke again. Blinds still broke. This would be my 2nd call on ac and 3rd call on blinds. Called the emergency line for the ac and he told me there was nothing he could do. I have had to go stay with family...
