Sushi Mori — Restaurant in Melbourne

My family and I stumbled upon this gem of a family-owned sushi restaurant. We were hesitant at first as we are with all sushi restaurants..... But, found that NO ONE SHOULD HESITATE TO ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE NOR THE FANTASTIC CUISINE!!!..... Being in the foodservice industry, I can tell you first-hand that the cleanliness of the restaurant and the food preparation was beyond reproach! As I was hesitant on our first visit, I decided on a tuna tetaki appetizer and a shrimp hibachi dinner. My wife had a tempura roll....... If I could give the food itself a 6 star rating I would! (Rare to find such impeccable cooking in Brevard)..... Between the atmosphere, the excellent family service, and the incredible cooking itself, we will certainly be going out of our way to revisit Sushi Mori in the future!....... Displaced Californians rejoice! If you are looking for traditional Japanese Sushi this place is great. Better than Sugarfish, but not quite Shogun in Palmdale. Sushi Mori is not an all you can eat gut buster but real traditional sushi with very fresh fish.

We moved here about a year ago and have desperately tried to find suhi with high quality fish. Tonight we found it. The tuna, yellowtail, and salmon sushi had large portions of fresh fish. The California roll had real crab , spelled with a "c". Definitely will be returning over...

I had lunch there today.The restaurant looks much nicer inside than from the outside. The service was friendly and efficient. I had sushis.They were fresh and tasty. Price is reasonable. very small place. Family owned and run, I found the staff to be quite friendly and accomodating. The sushi is good and have always found the seaweed salad and soft shell crabs great. The bourbon chickem from the grill was also nice. I also get take out from here quite often. This is a good family run sushi/asian restaurant, not fancy and...
