7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Melbourne

Unfortunately I can't give less than a star I went to the drive-thru there's two lanes there was two vehicles ahead of me one on the left lane one on the right lane I got on the right lane behind one vehicle there was one young lady taking care of the left lane and she was very quick and took care of everyone three cars went through while I sat behind the one vehicle in front of me because this young man who was taking the person's order decided to spend the time just talking and talking and talking I waited patiently he even looked at me at one point and I looked at him like any day now eventually he finally went inside I guess to make the person's order that was in front of me another young lady came out of inside the store She looked at me I looked at her and I emotion to the young man who came back out again to continue talking that I'm leaving because he wants to spend all this time chatting away very unprofessional while the young lady on the left took care of three cars This gentleman couldn't just stop talking enough to let the person in front of me go so I can place my order I ended up leaving highly very disappointed with the experience May not go...

When we pulled up to order, we were greeted by Chloe. Not only was her greeting super sweet, she was engaging as well as super patient. My fiance has been there a few times but could not remember a particular drink she liked. Chloe assured her that if she doesn't like the one she chooses, she could try something else. It's kind of rare that you have someone in a drive-through setting who is willing to take an extra minute to make sure you leave satisfied. So, I just wanted to take an extra minute out my time for her as well, to write a good review for her.

(Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the barista who actually made the drink while Chloe attended to another car. However, she was pleasant as well! Also, my fiance liked the drink she made the first time around so that's pretty impressive)! Thank you!

I'm so angry with the DM from this district ,I've been coming to all Melbourne and palm bay locations everyday for months , I always get a sugar free chocolate extra cream ice coffee , no (carbs ) and last 2 months I started telling them extra ice and blend it thick like a frappe , now last few days I'm being told they have have to charge me for a chiller for the exact same drink, so now they want more money because I'm asking for extra ice and blended , unbelievable they just lost a customer that goes there literally every single day before work and get the exact same thing , my drink never changes sometimes I get something extra for a co worker . If when u go back they give me shit about this I'm done . U are not going to rip me off for extra ice...
