I love BowlersMart as a business , 1000%. I would absolutely recommend them. The online site has wonderful customer support, and any other shop that I have ever been to has been above and beyond awesome . What I wouldnât recommend is going to the one at Shore Lanes in Palm Bay when a certain man and woman are behind the counter, I wish I could remember their names. The store itself is not all bad because there are people there that are very nice and helpful . Those people donât deserve the review Iâm about to leave . There are two people that the minute you walk through the door, itâs like walking into a used car lot.. the pressure and somewhat bullying you begins. Trying to push you into doing what they feel like you should have and want. And a lot of times youâre not even 100% sure exactly what your next move is gonna be. There shouldnât be anybody behind any counter that makes you feel like you have to make any decisions right that second and then make you feel bad and start questioning you because you donât do what they...
Read moreBowlersmart in Palm Bay is my go to for equipment advice and the newest gear. Today stopped in for a new Hammer Black Widow Tour V1 and as expected there were plenty in stock. Nick had my last measurements on hand and punched out the ball for me with an excellent professional drill job. While I was onsite they took care of polishing up another ball I brought in. Good stuff. Quality shop. Great service. Knowledgeable. Listens to wants and provides great advice. Thanks again!!! Adding, the layout of the shop is small and has the product lines conveniently laid out. Need something that may not be in stock, the staff here can order it and have it usually in a couple business days. Everyone is polite and eager to answer questions. I've even had them come out to the lanes and monitor my ball rotation to make sure they conduct the best drilling for my personal movements. Just overall quality shop and great...
Read moreI have bowled in this center for years and I recently bought a lighter ball because of an accident that irritated the arthritis in my middle finger. I am disappointed because the owners did not inform me that an 11 pound ball has no core. A bowling ball that's too light, especially without a core, will likely lead to less pin carry, reduced control, and potentially a less consistent throw. I bowl on league and my average has plummeted. I had to get the drilling layouts from another pro-shop in Boynton Beach for the owner of this pro-shop. I do not recommend this pro shop to anyone needing a...
