Disappointed with my experience at zales this afternoon. The women were great assisting me with adjusting my new watch to the correct size but whenever I left and was still shopping in the mall i realized the date and time wasn’t fixed. So whenever I came back I approached a gentleman named Ernie and told him I was just in and asked him if he could fix the date and time on my new watch i ordered from you guys. He response was “ We aren’t a watch store but I’ll look at it” I responded with “well we ordered from your website and you guys have watches for sale” He said “You can watch YouTube videos and that will help. We’re a diamond store.” I Kept my cool but then he stated that my watch was broken and questioning what I did to it. First of all this was a gift and it didn’t fit until we got adjusted today so if you guys sold me a broken watch that cost a lot of money I want an exchange. He said “ we can’t do that you’ll have to send it back online and buy a new one.” My guest with me had enough before I got really angry and told him to send us too someone else because obviously we can’t trust Ernie. Read moreNo stars in my eyes I’ve gotten a present from my husband for Christmas and got a lifetime warranty and has broke in the same spot over 3 times I’m scared to wear a sentimental gift due to afraid of losing Ive already almost lost 2 times change my shirt and it broke I take good care of my jewelry but if it’s crap mended then it is not on me sales fixed or repaired it 4 times I was offered to get the same bracelet but it voids the warranty we’ll why would I even think about that when the one I have is breaking in past the clasp area or spend more money on a different bracelet and have to pay for the warranty also because I know it’s going to break to many times for the past few months and I’m a disabled person that can’t get around like a normal person can I don’t even want any peice of jewelry from Zales after this experience I’ve been through all I wanted was my husband’s gift not to leave it in a box because I am afraid of losing it at anytime due to not being fixed properly very depressing I’m not a complainer but this has been by far the most frustrating experience I’ve had with a piece of jewelry when I’ve had other pieces and way cheaper and never lost a charm or anything...
Read moreI went into Zales because a ring I bought years ago is missing a diamond. For some reason the system did not recognize my last diamond inspection so I was out of the warranty. Already sadden by the stresses of the world and everything going on in my tiny life. Uncontrollable tears fell upon my face and all I could do was apologize and let the sales rep know I was not upset with her I just had so much going on that it was another bad thing to add to the list. Ms.ALICE! You deserve so much recognition for your kindness and understanding. She kindly said let's have a chat and she introduced herself and told me that she understood. The holidays can get us like this. She explained the warranty and the different options I had and at the end of it all, She extended a hug and told me that things will get better. She is an angel I needed to hear that. It's such a blessing to see that there are amazing people I call " Shining Stars" thank you so much for your kindness. You have no idea how much you helped me.
