HORRIBLE customer service. Go anywhere else in the food court, there are many MUCH better options. My husband ordered half noodles and half rice, and the BEEF and shrimp entree. They only gave us rice and CHICKEN. So we were missing half our order, and gave us the wrong meat. My husband very kindly brought the receipt and food back up to let them know and asked if we could get our order corrected. They very rudly took our food and re made it. Giving us 3 pieces of shrimp and 3 pieces of beef, while the people next to us got HUGE scoopfulls of their entree choice. If I could give zero stars, I would. Literally go...

The food was HOT but that doesn't mean it was FRESH. The cook had splattered vegetables all over the cook top and scraped them back to the center and dumbed them on my plate. It was luke warm with no seasoning not to mention the man working cash register used every opportunity to upgrade my bill when my meal was clear: Teriyaki Beef and a cup of water. He even went so far as to try and ring up a combo without asking me. Very disappointed but I should've known; no good take on Japanese sells Spanish style...

Work in the area and frequent the mall for lunch, I am typical here once a week. Until today. Past 3 times I have been shorted on food, today I literally watched the cook take half the chicken for my order and give it to the customer before me whom asked for extra chicken. This is beyond acceptable, and proves to me that I have Indeed been ripped off by this place. Staff also refused the refund and insisted I take extra rather than complain. I will not give this place another dime, until I get repayed for...
