Had a terrible experience with this Pandora! My now fiancè and I ordered a ring online, it was going to be her engagement ring, and went to go pick it up at this location. The store was not busy at all and the guy working (noel) said the ring we ordered wasn't ready for pickup like it should be.. so he went and got a ring out that looked way smaller than what we had ordered online. We had mentioned this to him multiple times and he kept reassuring us that the rings stones always look bigger online.. so we took the ring anyways and decided if we got another we could just return that ring.. so we ended up getting another ring and came back a few days later to return the ring Noel had given us.. the ring HAD NOT LEFT THE BOX THE WHOLE TIME WE HAD IT!!! AS soon as the lady who was handling our return (i cant remember her name but she was a sales lead) took the ring out of the box she said "oh this is scratched" and said they couldn't take it back! I told her there's no way we scratched it because we hadn't taken it out of the box. While going back and forth about the "scratch" her coworker took another similar ring out to show us what an unscratched ring looked like. At that moment my fiancè noticed that the ring they took out was the actual ring we had ordered and they had in fact given us the wrong ring all along... after realizing this they did give us a refund because I think even the lady realized how ridiculous it is to give someone the wrong item at a jewelry store! Altogether it was a terrible and completly unprofessional experience and I dont recommend anyone shop at...
   Read moreNo one answers the phone. I've been calling for two days. So I finally go in store and the cashier has no reason to why they haven't answered the phone. Cashier was Emily S, she totally dodged my question when I see the phone right there where they're all standing around. Then when I tell her it's aggravating that no one answers the phone she starts becoming passive aggressive. Yes I wasnt being a pleasant person due to already having a bad experience but she was not apologetic at all. I wanted to see about a particular charm because on line states "call store for availability ". So i get the comment back on my review to call the customer service line, get transferred to customer experience & then get a recording that they're closed and then get hung up on. I'm so glad this was a gift for someone and not for me cause after this I'll never own...
   Read moreI got a charm bracelet as a gift but itâs not my style and I wanted to use my gift receipt to exchange it for something I would wear. I drove an hour away to get here because this is the closest store to me. When I got to the mall at 10:50 I noticed the door says they open at 12 even though Pandora opens at 11 so I called to check and see what time they open. I was told that they do open at 11 but they would be closed all day today for inventory. I know itâs not anyoneâs fault but I am so discouraged. I donât know why they would do inventory in the middle of the day as opposed to after hours like most businesses ?
