I was in Reeds looking for something for my wife without a clue in mind, but I was looking for something specific. In other words, although I didn't know what I was looking for, I knew it was in that store and I would know it once I saw it. Christina Lester welcomed me in and made me comfortable. She assured me that whatever I purchased, I could take it with me and if it didn't fit or if my wife didn't like it, I could bring it back in 30 days. That was very important for me. She then turned me over to Hiyam Shemait who would be my Sales Professional. Right away Hiyam made me feel more at ease and we began to look at some items. Hiyam encouraged me to take my time and she would show me as many items as I wanted to see. At no point did I feel rushed. Once we narrowed the item down to 3, Hiyam offered to model the jewelry so I could actually see what it looked like. I'm glad she went the extra step and tried the items on because the first 2 were ok, but was not for me. But the 3rd item was perfect. It's hard to judge an item in the display case, so I would recommend having one of the Sales Professionals model the piece of jewelry. Ā Ā Ā Read more(10/13/25) This was my first time visting Reeds Melbourne Square and I'm pleased to share I was immediately greeted with a smile and "good afternoon, we'll be right with you" from Miriam, as she was actively helping a customer. Not even a minute later, Noah, approached my husband and I and offered to help us. We explained the reason for our visit and while there seemed to be some misunderstanding on Noah's behalf, Christina did not hesitate to approach us and offer her assistance. Noah, was apologetic for the misunderstanding (which btw was no big deal simply a misunderstanding). All that to say our visit was a 5/5. These 3 individuals work as a team, treat customers, and staff like family something I truly value and respect. I couldn't go without giving these 3 individuals kudos for their hard work and dedication to serve and assuring the customer walks away with a smile on their face. Customer service: 5, Attitude: 5, Friendliness: 5, Knowledgeable: 5, Environment: 5 If I had to share something for improvement to the owner it would be the aesthetics. Compared to Crabtree Mall and Cross Creek in NC your store seems a little dated.
