This review is not on the food. My family eats it and likes it. I cannot eat gluten so I don’t. Last night I was washing my hands in the bathroom when I saw a worker in an apron exit a stall and only use hand sanitizer before going to this kitchen and start handling food. I was exiting behind her so I saw where she was going hoping she has to wash upon return entering the food stall. I could see she went right to it with the front line being open. Please retrain that physical particles cannot be removed with hand sanitizer. Not a substitute for soap and water. Maybe a new soap and water upon return from a break is a great implementation. They have a good scheme going with their Emperor's Club Card. We always come here for our Beef Teriyaki with extra beef. I just went to use our punch cards which are full and was told that I couldn't buy only chicken. Every time we came we ordered Beef Teriyaki. The manager was useless and could barely speak English. Yes I am Spanish, but I speak both equally fluent so it's not a race thing. It's a customer service thing! The card specifically says 2 Item Combo or Teriyaki Combo. No where on the card specifically says ONLY CHICKEN! Tried to call corporate twice and left detailed message. The mall won't do anything about, so they let them continue to falsely give our these punch cards....
