Subway — Restaurant in Memphis

Three young men in sight but none asked to assist us when we walked through the door. We spoke to the first young man who walked to the back. The other two stayed in the visible back room carrying on a conversation. We were never service while quietly waiting. We left without incident or service.

Just tried this Subway again but the young man who appears to be the manager of some sorts, not sure, is just inconsiderate. Took his time assisting one couple then left the service area during my turn. When a server did return to help me and was almost done, the young man returned reaching and talking over my sandwiches with seemingly new energy and speed that he did not use while I patiently waited. Some other young man came in off the street in dirty clothes, visibly dirty, and walked directly behind the counter. I think I've seen enough to stop...

2024 Update: I’ve been frequenting g this subway for at least 5 years now, and as you can read from my first review, this place used to be fantastic. I don’t know if ownership has changed, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered there, my sandwiches have been pathetic. I’ve attached images of the incredible lack of meat. This is laughable. Unless leadership does something to address this horrible service, I will not be going here again.

Great staff and leadership! Clean restaurant! Have been going to this particular location for years, and almost always have a great, positive experience! The owners work there themselves and take time to make sure their customers are happy! Great service!

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to I went into the store today purchase a combo and the bread was old I specifically told the cashier the bread was old I ask for a refund he stated that the bread was fresh but it clearly was not. Long story short he did not know how to refund me my money back so he offer to make another sandwich get another sandwich guess what it's worse than the first one Bread hard to chew and no it was not toasted. This place has fallen apart I will never come back if I could give zero...
