Gold Club — Restaurant in Memphis

This will be long but worth it. This review is long over due. Im a dancer, been dancing for 7 years, work here & I’ve been traveling to this club for 5+ years on and off from Arkansas. I can’t say enough good things about this club. The owner, Steve, is a great guy that keeps his girls safe. About 5 years ago he flew me and my friend out to dance at the opening of his Christie’s cabaret in az & he was a wonderful host, took us to eat, paid for our hotel. I’ve heard nothing but great things about him. Don’t even get me started on the staff! They’re truly a wonderful group of people. The bartenders are so beautiful and sweet; they take care of us and look out for us every day so of course we do the same. Hunter, the manager, is amazing and also prioritizes our safety & comfort over any customer regardless of how much money they may spend, he’ll put us first. (Which all dancers know that’s a huge deal in this industry). Paul, the new manager is also wonderful. Sweet guy who also looks out for us and also always has a smile on his face. John the bouncer is a great guy who constantly looks out for us and keeps us safe. The DJs are wonderful! They play whatever we want within reason. Kenny always makes sure to play our Korn and other dad rock for us. The other DJs are wonderful. The girls are all beautiful and sweet. This is by far my favorite club to work at. First timer at the Gold Club on a Monday Night. Surprised by the quality of the dancers for an early week visit. Good variety and nice tight bodies to choose with lots of good action when you tip at the stage. Since there was not allot of patrons, the girls can target those who are sitting at the tables to come up with dollars. Friendly when they come by and chatted and I even was able to find out a couple of the dancers where sisters which made a fun conversation. Good action in the private room by one of the ladies who knew how to work a lap. Very nice club never got a chance to actually enjoy myself there but I called about auditions and was told to come in and when I got there they said that they already contracted someone but what’s the point about auditions and telling one to come in and u do and basically tell u that somebdy else got hired if I’m not mistaken their should be open auditions until there isn’t any plus I traveled 3hours just for the audition they told me to come to🤦🏽‍♀️ That’s just sad to me…if ur hiring and hosting auditions then that’s that but if not let that be known when u get a call about it and not wait until they actually show up for it or at least give a...
