I placed an order online around 350am, went to the Krystals and stood at the drive thru for about 2 minutes before assuming the speaker was broken because no was saying anything and the screen was black. I pulled up to the window where one male was visible to me 96% of the time and a female came from around the corner, opened the register and left right back out. I stood at the window for 14 minutes before I was acknowledged. When the lady finally came to window, I tell her I have a mobile order. She tells me that she is currently changing out the grease and that the temperature was 137 and it had to get to 350 and she didn't know how long it would take to get hot. She was only making burgers and I had a burger, wings, fries, and tots so she wouldn't be able to make it. I went around and sat in front of the store and noticed that my order was now off of their screen. 10 minutes later I went around the drive thru again, she tells me it's 170+ at the current time. At this point, I was already frustrated and asked her how could I get my money back because I couldn't get in contact with anyone. She tells me that the store has nothing to do with the app and I would have to get a refund from the app. When I looked at the app to cancel the order it looked as if on their end they marked it as picked up because I have no option to cancel it, it just says review and reorder. I called the area code 346 number 3 times to no avail. I had to get to the hospital with a family member who this order was for... so now I'm out of $25.66 and have to wait for customer service to get back with me through email. This whole experience was absolutely ridiculous. If the place says it's open 24 hours and it's a time where the grease needs to be changed... the mobile ordering need to be cut off during that time or store hours need to reflect a time for cleaning and prepping on the app, and in the search engine. Read moreI had a uber order this morning from them and apparently the driver “took” the food and I couldn’t get any refund or any remake on my order for the next drivers . I’m a manager and I understand how things happen but this is a business . Make sure you answer your phone calls because anything can be happening and your customers can’t reach you and that’s how you lose business . Any manager that was on the floor should’ve made sure to answer the call or try to talk to the next uber person so the customer can know what’s going on with their order . Black people in management is really starting to piss me off not knowing how to manage or run a business because they don’t know any better . Please get yall shit together . Doesn’t make sense at all like make sure yall let these drivers confirm YOUR orders so these drivers can be responsible and held accountable for their bullshit so you guys won’t catch any bad reviews or have anything negative coming your way towards your business . Read moreProbably the best experience I've ever had at a Krystal, and DEFINITELY the best experience I've had at any fast food spot in a good while. . . I don't know if it's everywhere, or just Memphis, but it seems the last few years (not directly due to the pandemic, but I'm sure it helps), service at pretty much every food/retail spot is just terrible, so this was an awesome and refreshing change. . . The young man on the mic and at the window was super polite, fast, and accurate (3 things that RARELY happen). The line was decently long, but went very quickly (again, a rareity). . . The food was hot, fresh, and dead on accurate. . . I also asked for some extra ketchup at the mic, and never ever do people actually put extra condiments in when I ask at the mic . . . I always have to check the food and ask for some at the window, but here, I asked for extra at the window and he said he had added extra but would be glad to give me more if I wanted. . . When I realized that he did indeed put extra in there, I didn't need to add any more. . . This location is not convenient to me, I just happen to be in the area, but I promise when I want Krystal from now on, I'll be making the drive to this one specifically. . . Good...
