On February 22, 2018, at about 7:00 pm I went to Little Caesars at 3287 Austin Peay Highway, Memphis, TN 38128 to pick up a Hot 'n Ready pepperoni pizza. When I arrived there were several cars in the drive through line and about five people in line in the store. I opted to go in the store (Hoping to get in and out in a hurry). I had been standing in line for about five minutes when I noticed that there was an employee in the corner on his cell phone. There was a young lady at the counter who was supposed to be providing customer service to the customers in line in the restaurant. However, she decided that whatever her co-worker was looking at on his cell phone was more important than the patrons waiting. The entire time that I was in the restaurant there was a young man in back preparing the pizzas who was using expletive after expletive, loudly. One of the workers noticed that I was recording these unprofessional behaviors and told me that she refused to serve me because I was using the camera on my phone. This counter person attempted to engage me in an argument until I told her that I didn't want anything from this nasty, unsanitary, poor customer service having establishment and left. That was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The customer service was atrocious, the sanitary practices of the employees was non-existent (The employees that were using their cell phones never washed their hands when returning back to the work they were doing), the professionalism of the employees was also non-existent. I will be calling the Manager in a few minutes so that I can get the contact information for the General Manager and also to file a complaint with him or her and to show them the video that I was able to record of...
Read moreThe food is never correct and if it is correct I’ll have raw dough spots or missing cheese spots. The service is terrible the employees and managers don’t know how to talk to customers . They have zero customer service skills. The atmosphere is like high school. Those young kids are in there laughing playing cursing each other out playfully and I always know their personal business when I come in. I always hear their phone conversations and hear them venting to each other. I hate that my kids love this place. Last night I went in and the manager lady with the clip on ponytail was venting to a customer cursing about her son playing Roblox and broke his iPad on purpose and how it cost $150 to get it fixed while the lobby was full of customers . After the person left she started back working so she wasn’t on break she’s just unprofessional and unproductive.the employees be outside smoking right by the door with headsets on running back in the building when customers come...
Read moreHonestly 1 star is being Generous. I was greeted by Security Gaured slouched down in a chair with a lousy "I guess she will be with you shortly ". A young lady and a man approuched the counter , i was barely greeted with " may i hep ya" . I said i was here to pick up an order and was cut off by the youngs lady lack of focus on what i was saying. Instead she was giving her attention to a customer who was explaining his incorrect order. She then rolled her eyes frowned at the guy and shock her head at him. Then turned back to me and said "ok what you gettin" . I again stated that I was picking up a call-in order. She gave me an outrageous total and quoted back the incorrect order that was taken down. I explained what I ordered and she aggressively says "hold up" , then walks off hollering at the crew in the back saying " mane didn't noboby say thats all they wanted" . Then continued to holler and even slammed the door to one of the hot boxes.
