Smoothie King — Restaurant in Memphis

Very Bad experience. They took my order at the drive thru. Give me one price. I explained the screen is saying this price. But guy says screen is wrong. I get to drive thru window, another guy maybe manager quote me the price I first said from window. I told him what the other guy said. He told me he was wrong and asked me what I ordered again. Spinach and pineapple smoothie, meal replacement. I pay him. A young lady comes to window and asks again what I ordered after a few min. I'm thinking how hard can it be. Then the young guy who first took my order comes back and asks. What did I order. I told him he changed the price amount. I told him I already paid. He said that was the wrong amount they charged. I still hadn't gotten my smoothie. Him and the young lady discussing the price. No apologies for mix up and I'm still waiting on my smoothie. Not again at the Raleigh Location. May try another location. I Do spinach and pineapple smoothie a lot at home. Thiis one was awful some kinda crazy after taste. I got to give this a dumbs...

Employees nice, respectful, and professional. Building itself looks like it needs some attention and leads one to think about what it is like inside. Parking lots an obstacle course as well to get across the street if not on same side of building. Only one lane open and not the quickest with getting people through drive through. Probably not going back. One in Bartlett has everything in order and complete package!!!

How I rate products, marketing has poisoned peoples thinking into believing anything under 5 stars is not good! 5 Star Its the best possible product period! 4 Star Its an amazing combination of value/quality/functionality. 3 Star It just does what it's supposed to without any major flaw. 2 Star It doesn't meet expectations in price/quality/functionality. Can maybe be made to work with a fair amount of effort on your end. 1 Star Garbage, doesn't deliver it intended function without unacceptable compromise...

I give this location 3 stars because it’s the only smoothie location in the area and they have great smoothies. Customer service is decent most times. My biggest issue is the card machine seems to always be down when I go. The hours posted online are not accurate. I literally just went and was told the card machine was down and that I can place the order thru the app. I park and go to the app and it says I can’t place an order because they’re closed. They were clearly open. I’ve also gone when they were supposed to be open and they were closed. It’s like rolling dice…you never know what you’re going to get. More consistency would be...
