Poor customer service from management. Placed an online order which I requested a drink to be made 50% sweet so half the amount of sugar they typically use for a drink. Upon getting home and trying my drink it was 100% straight up syrup. I couldn’t even manage to finish it even after cutting it with water. I reached back out not even 48 hours later to a manager and he rudely said there was nothing he could do about it “because he wasn’t there when it happened” mind you I placed my order around 7:30 and I picked up my order about 20 minutes later. The manager I spoke too asked why I didn’t come back in right away for them to remake the drink, how could I have possibly came in if at that point upon realizing my drink wasn’t made correctly if I was already home and the store was already closed? I’m extremely disappointed in the way that this was handled. The manager said to me over the phone “you want something free is that what we’re getting at?” No apologies were made no accountability for the staff’s mistakes. I 100% believe in supporting smaller businesses but at what cost if they don’t even know how to effectively communicate with the customers who choose to...
Read moreUnfortunately they are advertising "dairy free" milk teas. When I asked on multiple trips, they did say it is vegan and clarified it has no animal products. It does have sodium caseinite, which is milk protein. The "dairy free" items do contain animal products and is not vegan. Quite frustrating, as I asked specifically if the items have any casein or whey. I asked for the brand name and looked it up myself, since I could tell they weren't really checking (even though there was no one else waiting). The product comes from Bossen, which also labels items containing honey as animal free and vegan. Someone I had gotten the supposedly dairy free almond milk tea for had an adverse reaction because the workers were not thorough in checking, even when specifically asked about these common allergens. I was also not offered a refund.the girl behind the counter did apologize, but overall it's been a...
Read moreI've been wanting to visit this place for a long time. Since having a new baby, I haven't had as much time for my teenage son. My husband and I decided to schedule dates with him. Hubby does "bro lunch" on Sundays and I'm starting an after dinner treat once a week with him. We started tonight with Tenn Tea since we both love boba and after having such a great first experience, I think we will be visiting very frequently. He got the butterfly lemon honey green tea and added lychee boba. He really liked it, said it was sweet and sour and the lychee boba was really good. I tried the Black sugar honey milk snow (came with regular boba and a sea salt milk cap). It was unbelievably delicious. It will be hard to top it. The menu is vast, so our options are endless. Really want to try the...
